Everyone I’ve interacted with at this facility has been so kind and has a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Gonzales‑Gonzales is truly amazing. I’m so grateful to have found this practice.
I called twice.. 9am and 3pm to get a renewal for my migraine prescription. Being it was a Friday, and I was going on vacation, it was very important that I get this medication. By 5pm I got the answering service… nobody called it in and I was told it wasn’t an emergency! If you have ever experienced a migraine you would know it’s extremely uncomfortable, and to me it was an emergency! Not happy with BayCare staff or Dr Gonzales
