As a nurse, I am very impressed with both the staff and Dr. Gonzalez herself. Her office staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Gonzalez was well prepared to see me as a new patient, spent a good amount of time getting to know me, and suggested appropriate follow-up. She is a caring person, and I would definitely recommend her.

I called twice.. 9am and 3pm to get a renewal for my migraine prescription. Being it was a Friday, and I was going on vacation, it was very important that I get this medication. By 5pm I got the answering service… nobody called it in and I was told it wasn’t an emergency! If you have ever experienced a migraine you would know it’s extremely uncomfortable, and to me it was an emergency! Not happy with BayCare staff or Dr Gonzales
