Customer service was great. I asked about their online items and she provided a reasonable price. The clerk gave me options and ideas of what would look better and assisted me throughout the buying process. Definitely coming here again for all other flower arrangements.
Flowers were beautiful but I removed a star because the person who delivered the flowers left a rude voicemail saying "You have 2 minutes to come to the door or I'm leaving" That may be policy but there is a more professional way to communicate that information. Staff needs to be trained on phone etiquette.
Great customer service! Amazing presentation! Placed a last minute order two days prior for a dozen blue roses in a bouquet. Turned out perfect! Thank you! Very much recommend.
