Needed an estimate written up. Other shops unable to give me an estimate for 2 days. Joe stop what he was doing and provided an estimate immediately.
We had a windshield replaced when traveling through Lamar. It was not properly installed. They didn’t replace the weather stripping, but re-used the old weather stripping that they tore when taking it out to begin with. Since then, we have had leaking at the top of the windshield leaking into the dome lights and into the car. We didn’t realize at first where the leak was coming from, but when we took the dome light out, we could see water dripping in from the windshield. It was never a problem before.
