I once gave this establishment a five star review because the service was second to none. But as the saying goes, one bad experience can tarnish the whole relationship. When Pedro worked at the shop and he ensured quality work, I recently bought not one, not two but three (3) tires from them and drive away thinking that once again, I had great service, Pedro has moved up in rank and quality has moved down.
