The lady who answered my phone call was distracted and just laughing with her co worker and acted as if I was disrupting her time . She was extremely rude once I asked her for help and I was not happy with how disrespectful she was. I would not support this business and they definitely need to get there front lady in check
Called this morning to ask about swapping a pulley on a water pump, they have 3 different phone numbers, all voicemails are full or do not work. Guy finally calls me back , as soon as i answer, he cuts me off and puts me on hold. Ridiculous, then when he gets back on, he barely lets me get my question out, cuts me off, tells me no, no, no then hangs up on me. I don't see how the stay in business, plain rude and no help!
