Disrespectful, rude, Unprofessional. I had to tell the nurse 3 times she needed to get my allergy list, more worried about chatting with the other nurses about a new call light and how bad other nurses were. Asked if the had a my chart or portal she said no, which they do.

ZERO stars! By far the worse place to go! No professionalism whatsoever or sense of urgency. Let a lone misdiagnosing patients! I had to go to Luling to get the correct treatment and diagnosis! And the Doctors there are most definitely not professional at all!

My mom was a patient at this hospital for 5 days! The nurse staff could not have been more caring and helpful. The kitchen staff, the cleaning staff …. Everyone was so happy and upbeat. In a stressful situation it is so helpful to see smiling faces and have warm caring people. Did not encounter one single person that was not happy! Pay these people more so you can keep them! This was a rare gem of a hospital! Never encountered that before. Also the Dr was amazingly attentive and showed up often!

We were camping in the area. My son got injured and after our group applied first aid to stabilize him we moved to the emergency room at Gonzales Memorial Hospital. Dr. Spencer and the rest of the staff were great - this was mid-afternoon on a Saturday and they swarmed my son as soon as we walked in. Great care from the medical staff helped my son stay calm, and we received clear instructions for post-treatment care. Top notch!
