Spent 3 days during Easter out standing care staff was wonderful
Disrespectful, rude, Unprofessional. I had to tell the nurse 3 times she needed to get my allergy list, more worried about chatting with the other nurses about a new call light and how bad other nurses were. Asked if the had a my chart or portal she said no, which they do.
ZERO stars! By far the worse place to go! No professionalism whatsoever or sense of urgency. Let a lone misdiagnosing patients! I had to go to Luling to get the correct treatment and diagnosis! And the Doctors there are most definitely not professional at all!
