This office has the rudest and laziest healthcare workers I have ever had to deal with. I have been humiliated for refusing invasive procedures, lied to by my PCP, billed for care that was incomplete and poorly done, and received additional charges for asking questions about my health. I started out there when my doctor was retiring, many years ago. I liked how he explained things and asked if I had any questions. I had the rest of my family come. They really like him also.
Cares about his patients
I was happy with my previous Dr. and decided to try Dr. Gonzales. On my first visit I was treated with courtesy and was asked if I had any questions for him. I had an issue with hearing and he did not hesitate to refer me to a specialist and a tumor in my brain was found. Surgery was recommended and the outcome was great. I would highly recommended him.
This is continued . His office won’t see me all because I went to the urgent care . Isn’t an urgent care facility supposed to be ok for you to go to at your own convenience? I went to the urgent care at my old dr without getting it cleared and they NEVER sent me a letter like Dr. Gonzalez did!!! There are only two staff members in the office that don’t have a bad attitude and that is Julie and Melonie !
Dr. Gonzales is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Very kind and helpful. I have lived an hour away for years now, but refuse to find a different doctor.

My husband was referred to this Doctor for follow-up after a visit to the ER as we didn't currently have a Family Physician. After waiting over 30 minuted to see the Dr, he looked at my husband and asked what he was doing there and what he expected him to do as we didn't have medical insurance. His unprofessional demeanor and rudeness made my already in pain husband get up and leave. We drove 30 minutes to see this Dr and was treated like dirt. Must be in it for the money, not the care giving.

I have never turned away someone without insurance. I have on occasion, however, turned away individuals that were ER follow ups without doctors who were simply searching for pain medication.
