Just want to share my bad experience with one of the receptionist name “Joanna” for being arrogant ,unprofessional & unpleasant in dealing with us . She’s not a good example as a worker to be assigned in the front desk and no ethics to apologize for her misbehaving infront of us the way she started asking my name & time of my appointment then How she endorses me to her colleagues name Vilma is totally unacceptable and not polite with that kind of facial expressions she shown to me. My go to for my dental needs. The place is super clean and spacious. The front staff, especially Janette are always friendly and accommodating to my particular work hours. Making sure I can get in and out on time and efficiently. Dr. Gonzales & her whole team are exceptionally talented.
