I have called them 4 times over 3 weeks and left messages for them to call and they NEVER return your calls. They have cleaned our carpets in the past and do a wonderful job, but not returning calls for 3 weeks ruins their reputation for me. I will just rent a machine and do them myself!! Seems like they would call if they want your business
