My goodness! This bistro is absolutely divine! My husband found this spot for our 10-year anniversary, and the food was truly out of this world. He had the ribeye, and I ordered the filet mignon—both were cooked perfectly and incredibly flavorful. The service was just as wonderful. Everyone was so polite, and even though we arrived before our reservation time, the hostess graciously seated us early. We live in Bulverde, and I would absolutely make the drive again. Highly recommend!
We had a lovely time at the Gonzales Bistro. Our meal was delicious, the wait staff were very attentive and we were impressed with their wine selection. Highly recommend.
Ended up here by accident but WOW, what a great dining experience. A delicious meal, romantic atmosphere and wonderful service. Tried the steak tartar, pork tenderloin and banana foster bread pudding!
First time we go to this restaurant and we were really pleased with the food and the service. We tried the Sunday brunch and we loved it. Definitely we will go again.
