My grandma was a patient at the Clinics of North Texas for over 20 years. Dr. Gonzales was supposed to be the physician on call for the Clinics of North Texas the night my grandmother's lungs began filling with fluid. We needed a physician's authorization in order for Hospice to come in and make Grams comfortable. Instead, for several hours, Dr. Gonzales IGNORED REPEATED CALLS FROM THE CLINIC ANSWERING SERVICE while Grams suffered.
