I wish I could post this with zero stars. I have went to Gonzaga Family Health for years but this past year has been horrendous!!! The front desk people at the Frostburg office are rude & condescending! Will be switching doctors ASAP! Ran out of my medication after not only speaking with staff but leaving multiple messages concerning my refills only to have them NOT send it to the pharmacy. Absolutely no parking!! Waited an hour past my appt. time and was the only one in the waiting room and ended up having to leave. Would not recommend at all.
It use to be the Gonzaga listen to you now there not at all they're cut the meds that are helping people with pain now it's like they just don't care anymore about what the person has to say
