Paul was hired to replace siding on our cottage. He said the job would be done in November, still not complete the following May. Walked away - yes! WALKED AWAY without finishing the job because we would not pay the balance until the job was finished (6 months late). This job should have taken a few weeks, and 6 months late he was too busy for us.
