Gonville has always been good with me, since coming back to Whanganui, can’t fault them.
This practice is not very helpful towards there patients. I went and seen maria who is a doctor and she has made an absoloute mess off everything after i have spent over 3 months in hospital. She Didnt care about the pain i was in (hence why i was there) she then refused to give me any pain relief which led to me back in hospital the next day, wouldnt give me the medication the hospital realised me with even though i had a scipt. 30 minutes on hold before ability to request a call back. Another 30 minutes wait for call back. Five minutes wait after call back. Then receptionist informed me that I had to go in to register and then wait 2 - 3 weeks to be seen due to processing time.
