It is so disappointing to be writing this review, however we hope to help prevent the stress and financial strain we have undergone. We have had a leak that has now cost us over $25k to repair and learned along the way that plastic beams instead of metal were in part to blame and screws not even screwed into the studs. 3 other contractors have come out appalled at the level of craftsmanship. From the day we closed escrow, during the permit and demo process, and throughout the whole build, they were their to patiently guide us every step of the way. Our home turned out more beautiful than we ever could have imagined- with high quality finish out, custom cabinetry, and that WOW factor.
