My family has booked with Go North many times and they never disappoint! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rentals are always clean and operate flawlessly. I can't thank them enough for all the memories!
We rented a truck camper with GoNorth in Fairbanks for an amazing trip around Alaska. What a way to see such a beautiful place! We enjoyed “Betony” and traveling this way made seeing multiple sites easy. The staff was courteous and answered our questions timely and throroughly (like many this was our first time in AK, but not our first time with a camper). Excellent service! I called Nick back im March to get a quote for an awning repair on my slide outs but wasnt able to bring it in until June. The quote was still honored and even though I asked for repair/replacement on both, I did mention to Nick that if the one that wasnt ripped was still good, I'd wait to save some $. Come to find out, the one awning was still good. I felt Nick was honest and while he could've taken advantage and made more on the repair, he didn't and that says alot.
