I am not sure how the previous reviewer gave this doctor 5 stars, but my experience has been nothing but a very rude attitude and extremely impatient manners when I tried to ask questions. I do not trust this doctor's abilities to inform patients and perform procedures at all and I am hoping to save some people some trouble by helping them avoid her in the first place.
Great Doctor. I came in for my first appointment, barely any waiting and the nurses were really nice. Front desk answers phone quickly and politely. Dr. Gong herself was efficient, answered my questions, got my prescription and has a great sense of humor. She made me feel very comfortable.
