Easily the worst lawyer in the city
Highly recommend this law firm if you are purchasing or selling property! We did both with them while being overseas and they did their outmost best to accommodate our situation. They even went above and beyond to negotiate with the other party's lawyer and gained valuable time for our delayed documents! They are super duper quick with the bank as well. Overall experience was excellent! 10/10!! 🤩🤩
Gong Law was represented us as buyer and seller of the property. Unsatisfied with the purchase price and the service. Communication was poor and mortgage registration fee was purchased for the property calculation was charged more than the government of Alberta which I found out from government of Alberta website. Do not recommend to friends and family.
