Our house possession day is Feb, I phoned them a couple times ,they sent me the Land title In May. Until July we haven't received the RPR, I phoned and asked ,they remembered and sent me email again. For the discharge letter ,I phoned many times they sent me email, but only one of them .I had to phone them, every time different people received the phone , I have to explained ,eventually they sent me another one.
