Dr. Gong's bedside manner leaves must to be desired. I was very satisfied with her PA Sharon, but after my interaction with Dr. Gong unfortunately, I will no long be going back.
Needs to work on people skills. Needs to listen more. Will not go back. Anyone asks would say look for someone else.
I love Dr Gong! She is an amazing physician. Knowledgeable and caring. Her office staff is awful. The receptionist is always polite and helpful, but her MA's and/or nurses are inpatient and do not show the appropriate attention or caring toward patients. I've been going to see Dr Gong for about 4 years now and i will continue because she's amazing.
