Nitya was super fast and super helpful even though we had a large order, he was very patient and made all the drinks perfectly! Would definitely recommend this place to others, love the cozy ambient vibes. Edit: I went a 2nd time and Jeel is super nice and made a really nice drink for us. She is very friendly and made sure everything was ok for us! Great location as always!
How a chain can allow such poor quality drinks be sold at their establishment is beyond me. Heavily watered down Milk Tea. Will not be back. Cleanliness of the store was not near ideal.
The five star reviews are fake reviews I guess? It was my second time visiting this location and the drink was so bland. This reminded me of why I would not visit more after my first visit, because that was the same as my first experience there too. I usually like going cha but this franchise owner must be a very cheap one. They don't even use sugar when they boil their tapioca balls. They were tasteless...
