What started as a a small dream from the Republic of Taiwan has blossomed into a beloved global tea company. “Gong Cha” means referring to the act of offering tea to the emperor as a form of tribute in ancient China. The place is good, the ambience is good, the beverages are all good but the service is too slow. Waiting 25 minutes for 1 bubble tea is so frustrating. The place is understaffed and can do a bit better by providing a quicker turnaround.

I absolutely love this place! I come here every so often with a friend after attending Thermea spa and it never disappoints. The service is quick and seamless. The staff are super friendly and welcoming-knowledgable too. 10/10 for bubble tea and customer service excellence.
