In my opinion they have the best bubble tea in Durham Region. The drinks taste amazing and their seasonal drinks are always great. I really love the dragon fruit smoothie with the freeze dried dragon fruit pieces. The service is not always the best and when I went on Sunday the lights were so dim it almost seemed closed but the drinks make up for it every time.
I have been here 2 times and customer service plus drinks are great.
Went for the first time a few days ago. Drink was good but they claimed their wifi was down so they couldn't give us our points. Server took our information and said they would add it later but they never did.
Great bubble tea but the problem is the service there was dark skinned lady wasn’t even busy but she had an attitude. She needs to lock in or go
Reanne is a great barista! She always gets my order just right with prompt and perfect execution everytime. She offers great customer service. The pearls always taste fresh and have good texture.
