So I came to buy 2 regular pearl milk teas for the BOGO deal (for National Bubble Tea day) and was charged full price for both. When asked about the BOGO, the employee said I had to specifically ask for the deal, which is weird because nowhere does it say I have to ask for the promotion, why wouldn’t you automatically give your customers a better price… I was given a refund in cash with the incorrect amount of change, $6.50 instead of $7.23. Makes no sense why they advertise deals, then tell me that no location is following such “deal”. Cost more than $8.50 for a single taro bubble tea that tasted so bad I couldn’t get half way. Chatime is much better not to mention cheaper..

We’ve been coming here since we moved to the area and it’s become one of our favorite bubble tea spots. The drinks are great and the service is always friendly. We met the owner today and he was very kind and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about their customers. Happy to have this shop in our neighborhood and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

I come every so often for the dolce coffee soothie, the lady with the hair bun makes it the best, I always ask for her to make it if she's available. And the customer service is always great as well.
