I recently visited Gong Cha Eaton and left feeling disappointed with my experience. I ordered two pearl milk teas. The Indian-looking lady at the counter asked if it would be two separate orders, and I said yes. She then proceeded with the transaction but only processed one order without informing me, so I assumed both drinks had already been charged. Good price with good quality drink, I admitted that it can do better in taste and also appearance of drink, but with good price and quick & good service, what more do you want?
I ordered the Mango Splash from Gong Cha today, and it was my first time trying it and it was absolutely delicious! I really loved it. More importantly, Diksha was there today and she was incredibly kind, positive, and friendly. Such a sweet energy! Thank you so much to her for creating such a lovely and memorable experience.
