One of the worst gong chas I've been to by far. They serve abysmally small portions of the toppings, even when I ordered twice the amount.
I’ve been a loyal Gong Cha customer for a long time and I always pay extra for pudding when I order. Today at Gong Cha Level 5, Westfield I politely asked to add pudding and said I was happy to pay for the extra, but the staff member told me they “don’t do that,” which was confusing because I’ve done this many times before at Gong Cha.
