I’ve been a loyal Gong Cha customer for a long time and I always pay extra for pudding when I order. Today at Gong Cha Level 5, Westfield I politely asked to add pudding and said I was happy to pay for the extra, but the staff member told me they “don’t do that,” which was confusing because I’ve done this many times before at Gong Cha. If staff members have no service mind, they simply should not be in a customer service position.
henry was loaded with orders all alone but he still managed to get us our drinks very fast while still keeping the shop clean and doing dishes. he was all alone. great job henry
