We put in our orders at the kiosk for two milk teas without tapioca. We did not check tapioca on the screen but when our order came, both drinks had tapioca. We explained we did not check the box. When I asked if we could get the order without the tapioca, the employee said that’s what we ordered and did not remake the order. The tea itself is fine… I think there are better local milk teas shops in the area.
Sharon helped me out today 9/11/26 with my order. She provided excellent customer service. I usually don't leave a tip for my walk up to counter to go orders but today I did give her a tip! Keep up the great work 👏🏼
Had a wonderful time here for Felix Kpop event, the signature boba tea tastes amazing, and they have the BEST DONUT in town!
Good ambience but the drinks i think they dont follow what you order. 👎
First time here at this store and disappointed to my drink Vietnamese coffee
