Bad service.
I ordered using the screen at the shop. Carefully selected the options and the pearls, then I selected oat milk at the end. This selection deselected my pearl. Then I clicked on it again and tgen finalized my order. I got the twa without pearls at the end. What's the point of this kind of tea without the pearls anyway? Very disappointed. I will never go back again.
I had a regular Matcha Latte ($6.7) with add-on pearls ($0.9). As a Taiwanese and matcha lover, I agree this is authentic matcha bubble tea. The shop is easy to be found since it’s not far away from the northeastern gate near light rail station. The clerk is fairly speedy that my drink is ready within a minute.
