We got served by the most rudest young lady this afternoon (around 4pm 18/3/25). She was working by herself at the time and was clearly flustered. We checked on our order and she rudely said; they are not ready yet, then glared at us, then rolled her eyes. We then saw another customer ask her a question, and she looked angry and responded with, WHAT? Always love Gong Cha drinks! I used to be a fan of Chatime but now I am loyal to the Gong Cha franchise. The staff there have always been friendly and make the effort to get to know their customers.
You will be lucky to get the tall Asian guy there. He is the most efficient and friendly one. The rest are just average. The white girl today had a rude attitude towards her customers and looked very slow and bored. I would wish to see the tall Asian boy there always. He always gives a great service.
