There is one worker who is incredibly rude. He wears glasses and has an accent. On two seperate occasions, he tells me I cannot scan my membership card. The first time, was because I used my student ID for 10% discount. Okay, I understand that you can’t combine with other promotional offers. Second time, was because I ordered the egg waffle combo. To good! All thought they messed up my order probably because I didn’t say it clear enough still 5 stars and going strong!
First time with gong cha, didnt think they added sugar to their teas. Had a mango green tea + lychee pearls. The sugar sweetness was overly sickening 🤢 rip couldn't drink it
Idk what been going on these past few months but their not really doing the orders correctly like. Just today I got a standard ice and sugar passionfruit green tea I take a sip no sugar or sweetness what so ever. The day before order a matcha and it just tasted like milk. Disappointed please ensure your staff is making the drinks correctly cause they haven't really been great.
