Very poor service on yesterday evening. There was nobody else in the store it was not busy, yet the cashier looked irritated by having to serve us. It was a bad experience right from the beginning. She completed ignored us when we ordered, having to repeat it three times before she confirmed. Then we went to sit down, the drinks were taking a while so we started to eat our food. Went in today towards the end of a very long, hot bike ride. I was struggling with what I wanted and the person suggested an oolong milk tea but subbed with black tea for more caffeine. They also offered to refill my water bottle with ice. This is what having a decent, local tea shop is about.
Excellent and quick service. Friendly service and my drink was perfectly made. Will be back again!
