Since Gong Cha has closed down all their branches in Singapore. And we passed by one at City Square, bought the Signature Milk Foam Winter Melon Tea (less sweet) recommended by my friend. 1st time trying out this drink, it surprised me with the 1st sip. The saltiness of the milk foam blends well with the sweetness of the melon tea, creating a gentle harmony flavour.

Gong Cha store at City Square Mall JBCC has done a very excellent customer service, i usually seldom do a google review unless its really exceptional...and today it was!!! I didn't get their names but wanted to commend the staffs on duty today's afternoon at Sunday 28 Dec' 25...one Indian guy who probably the superviser or store manager...if he is not...he deserved to be... I accidentally spilled my chocolate tea drink after he handed to me. All splattered all over the counter as well, felt so bad but guy keep chill and smil... read more
