Went here for a few times and am not happy! I ordered a jumbo sized royal pearl milk tea with cookie pieces and milk foam and a matcha latte and said crystal clear to not add anything to the matcha. She put cookie and milk foam IN THE MATCHA and tasted very awful and watery with 0 matcha taste whatsoever Same with my royal pearl milk tea. Very unsatisfied and wont be ordering here again! We had have to throw out the last 3 drinks and for the price wasted we might as well ordered the powder and make it ourselves
New owners are lovely and friendly , tea was amazing will be coming back to this location again.
