Bad experience at this location. Ive expressed that the drink should not taste like this, it tasted sour but also really sweet. She said she could only add water to dilute the taste. I was not satisfied with this response and she said she would charge me for a new drink. Horrible customer service.

Gong cha is my go-to place for special bubble milk tea. They offer a variety of options for the tea, what extra additions you can add, different exclusive pearls, and so much more. Furthermore, the environment perfectly accompanies the bubble tea, regardless of what you got!

I ordered a mango smoothie expecting a creamy, refreshing drink, but instead I got a cup of mango-flavored ice with large, chunky pieces throughout. It wasn’t blended properly at all. I can’t say it tasted terrible, but it was incredibly disappointing and nowhere near what a smoothie should be. For the price, I expected much better quality.

The staff seemed unaware of the promotions available on the Gong Cha app. Even after I showed them the offer in the app, they refused to honor it, saying it wasn't mentioned in their group chat with the owner. As a customer, I can only rely on the promotions published in the official Gong Cha app, not on internal staff communications. Staff should be informed about the offers available to customers to avoid confusion and disappointment.
