Tried calling to see if an item was in stock. Did not answer phone. Claimed it was broken and had been for a while? And why is it still broken? Did not have anything i was looking for. And were not going to be restocking. Items dropped yesterday. Drove there, fought for parking and wasted my time, all because they cannot fix their phone.
Last time I was here, I ordered a Thai iced tea with boba and it was so watered down. The boba was old & hard. I used to go here a lot but there’s so many other boba places on park street that I are so much more diligent about the drink quality & customer experience.
The drinks are usually made really well, but it seems like they’re always out of something. I’ve gone at different times of the day when I’m visiting, and every time they’re missing something. This time it was XL cups and crème brûlée topping. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it’s something that needs to be fixed. Also, sometimes the boba tastes old and is hard to chew, which it really shouldn’t be. Also, the drink I received this time tastes really watered down.
The classic gong cha is great here. There’s two different establishments inside. So it’s a little interesting if you want popcorn chicken and boba you go to the different cash register.
Never coming back Drink was really watered down even though I did 100% He try to do 50 % Don’t know why these boba places rationing powder. Like bro it’s just sugar and water and they cutting corners. Cashier couldn’t understand my question and didn’t put in my rewards number Told me I should’ve him at the start Like I did but you couldn’t answer my question probably Whatever. Never coming back to a gong cha again
