On Friday, July 10, at approximately 5:15 p.m., I visited the store with my daughter. There was a slightly heavy-set male employee working at the front counter. Unfortunately, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not have a bank card, so I was unable to use the self-order kiosk. I went to the counter to place my order instead. Artificial flavor and over sweet drinks in the house. We ordered 4 drinks after Father’s Day stroll and leave solid tip. The drinks did not follow the lower sweetness we requested. No tea natural flavor in most drinks because of the overpowering artificial flavor in ALL 4 drinks. The mango syrup is not fully dissolved for mango smoothie. It is the worst boba places we ever been this year. This was a good brand before. Skip this unless you need diabetic.
