Love the added fingernail free of charge! Made the whole experience as nail-biting as waiting on the non existent customer service.
Urm… did I order a three-quarters full, very sugary earl grey milk tea without earl grey taste with FROZEN PEARL??? I don’t think so…
This store has very serious product problems. I'm a fan of gong cha (I take 3 to 5 per week) and I love the CBD one but it's far from work. Last time I buy here (fortitude) the product tastes horrible the pearls are old and after the fact I get a bug and it compares a lot with the good attention that there is in the city one
Had Gong Cha this afternoon and it honestly felt like the staff were completely over it. Zero care, zero effort. The milk tea tasted awful—flat, poorly made, and not enjoyable at all. The bubbles were the worst part: rock hard, not chewy, not soft. Drinking it felt like sucking on bits of plastic. If this is the standard they’re happy serving, I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other bubble tea places that actually care about quality, and this clearly isn’t one of them.
