Have used GTTD for years and would definitely recommend. Our dog is a little nervous, and Erin and the other employees always make an effort to make him feel comfortable. They are always welcoming and friendly, while doing a great job with grooming.
Scammers and liars . I am not even a client. I just wanted to see the prices and availability, which is saying On the website that will be available after you complete a form which is include all your personal information.. Instead, I received an email with the information that I placed without any availability or pricing This is just unbelievable breach of privacy why they’re not saying that they’re not gonna release the schedule or you’re not gonna be able to see availability of the days. My parents take their dog here and had me go drop her off for grooming when they werent able. They kept telling me that Erin would just come to the car to get the dog. Not being from the area I assumed that this was just how this operation ran. Upon pulling in. I noticed everybody else walking their dog in and coming out empty-handed. I called around looking for a new groomer for my dog, as the current grooming place of business that she is getting groomed at has gotten very inflated with their pricing. Which is my right as an owner to price around and look for a new groomer is it not? Gone to the dogs facility is super close to home, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. I liked that the place didn’t feel chaotic even though several pets were being groomed at once. Employees seemed focused and organized. My lab’s ears were cleaned properly, paws trimmed neatly, and his coat had a healthy shine afterward without feeling oily or overloaded with products.
