Took my dog there for a Grooming Appointment and after 6 yrs they said they'd have to charge $15 to $20 more due to matting. I asked why after 6 yrs & he said he should have been charged all along. Really! After 6 yrs! You didn't know this for 6 yrs! Wow! What a coincidence my regular groomer wasn't there that day. It really was a way to make more money. During that 6 yrs the owners son did my dogs Grooming & didn't charge for matting. Its a racket! Go somewhere else!

I love Gone to the Dogs grooming salon! We initially started out at their Fairview Park location when we lived there, and then were incredibly happy to find out they had a location literally 5 minutes from where we moved in North Ridgeville. We have two dogs- small happy-yappy terriers- and they've always received the best services and care. We've been coming to this location since 2020, and have always been happy with the results. Normally a good job, not so much this time uneven cut,missed spots,ears not trimmed. While Baron is a very big Burnese Mountain dog and I'm sure easy to lose your place when grooming him, doesn't mean you can let him go to owners looking like that. I could of went to Pet Co paid a cheaper price and got the same results. Also the last 2 times Baron was there he came home very traumatized and took 2 days to get over it . I have my thoughts on this but cannot prove. Not happy and will not be returning.
Kaila did an awesome job with my American Eskimo, Ollie, for the first time he was groomed without me nearby. He looks great, smells great, and wasn't the least bit traumatized. Looking forward to taking him back again and would highly recommend Kaila!
