5 stars isn’t enough for Gone to the Dogs! We’ve been bringing Tucker here for 4 years now, and every visit is paws-itively perfect. Erin Milliman is a wizard with scissors—seriously, I think she might have gone to Hogwarts for grooming. Tucker struts out looking like a show dog and somehow even happier than when he walked in. I don’t write reviews often. But this is definitely deserving of NO STARS. I’ll preface this by saying his last groom was terribly rushed. They were closing early due cancellations. And when I got my dog back he still had a knot on his head. It was easily brushed out when I got him back myself. The cut overall was good. that was 7 weeks ago I had to go an extra week this time because they didn’t have any appointments. Today they called me to let me know about “sever” matting.
