I called around looking for a new groomer for my dog, as the current grooming place of business that she is getting groomed at has gotten very inflated with their pricing. Which is my right as an owner to price around and look for a new groomer is it not? Gone to the dogs facility is super close to home, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. I liked that the place didn’t feel chaotic even though several pets were being groomed at once. Employees seemed focused and organized. My lab’s ears were cleaned properly, paws trimmed neatly, and his coat had a healthy shine afterward without feeling oily or overloaded with products.
Took my dog there for a Grooming Appointment and after 6 yrs they said they'd have to charge $15 to $20 more due to matting. I asked why after 6 yrs & he said he should have been charged all along. Really! After 6 yrs! You didn't know this for 6 yrs! Wow! What a coincidence my regular groomer wasn't there that day. It really was a way to make more money. During that 6 yrs the owners son did my dogs Grooming & didn't charge for matting. Its a racket! Go somewhere else!

I love Gone to the Dogs grooming salon! We initially started out at their Fairview Park location when we lived there, and then were incredibly happy to find out they had a location literally 5 minutes from where we moved in North Ridgeville. We have two dogs- small happy-yappy terriers- and they've always received the best services and care. We've been coming to this location since 2020, and have always been happy with the results.
