Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Kings Hawaiian Sailing Adventure tour yesterday. We used a promotional free ticket for 2 adults booked through Gone Sailing. The entire experience was ruined by complete lack of coordination between Kings Hawaiian and Gone Sailing, along with shockingly poor customer service. Had a wonderful trip today! King’s Hawaiian did a brand activation with Gone Sailing Adventures and we got to enjoy a hour of sailing for free. The crew was very kind, the music was great, and the trip was very memorable! It’s so nice to be out in the water after a long and cold winter! The weather was absolutely gorgeous today and the experience made me feel very lucky to be living in a city like Toronto. One of the best adventures and experiences of my life here in Toronto this summer. Highly recommend it.
Don’t waste your time and money here. We registered for a King’s Hawaiian sailing trip, but they refused to check us in for arriving two minutes late while they were boarding their waiting list and discussing that you can’t ride on for 20 minutes while still boarding more people right before our eyes. They only respect people if you pay.
Amazing experience! Friendly crew, beautiful views of Toronto, and a relaxing sail on the lake. Everything was well organized and we had a great time. Highly recommend!
