I’ve done both the intro to sailing and the skipper course with Gone Sailing.If you’ve been wanting to learn to sail but have been holding off, here’s your sign to do it. It’s so much fun and everyone who works at Gone Sailing is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend.
At such a difficult time in our family's life, captain Howie and his crew made the scattering of my father's ashes an enjoyable experience. With care and empathy he took care of everything we needed and gave my father the perfect send off. The website was user friendly and it was easy to connect and arrange all the details. I went on a boat on July 25, 2025 and I had an amazing 2 hour boat experience. The two people working on the boat, the Captain and his assistance were quite friendly and had an extensive knowledge of Toronto and its history. I learned so much about Toronto. tThe boat was big enough to accommodate 8 people maximum at a time. In the front of the boat that was several bean bags and very comfortable to enjoy trip and was very relaxing. You can buy Captains hat and order food ahead of trip as well. Over 10 years ago, I discovered Gone Sailing Adventures and it has become an annual tradition. It's a gift I've shared with my adult children, and we look forward to to it year after year! Or three hour sail was absolutely wonderful as we took in the Toronto skyline and scenic beauty around the Toronto Islands! Most importantly it was a relaxing time on the water in a beautiful boat! Thank you Howie and crew for the adventure.
