This guy was weaving on Wetherington Landing Rd in Stella the other day, so I gently honked the horn to get his attention, in hopes that he would focus back on the road. So, his response was to slow down to a snail’s pace to retaliate. Then, when we turned onto Morristown Rd, he continued to go extremely slow… so I decided to pass him, and he moved to the left to prevent me from passing.
