Do NOT hire this guy. He used a razor blade on my windows and there's hundreds of scratches on most of the 50 panes. My windows were only a few years old and did not have any scratches. I called him three times and he said he would come out the first two times to fix the scratches. The third time I called him he told me to get a product and do it myself. This is extremely POOR customer service and he lied about fixing this issue.
