They installed my roof in 2020. That went well. I had one leak, they fixed it, that went well. NOW, I am in need of a repair that is not a warranty item, so I need an estimate. I first contacted them in early April. Someone came out and looked at the damage and said they would send the estimate. Never hear back. Work was timely and done correctly
Update: The company called after seeing my review and apologized for the issues caused by their new AI agent. The owner offered to stop by tomorrow to take care of things. More to come... Original post: No show by them to a confirmed appointment. Called several times, no reply. Texting was an exercise in frustration with their AI agent, Amelia, who just repeated that they would contact me right away.
