We went to Gondolier’s in Harrogate tonight. We’ve always had a good experience at the one in Knoxville. The service was terrible. Our server took forever to bring us our breadsticks. Another employee came by to refill our drinks, because our server didn’t bother to check. She didn’t ask if we wanted an appetizer or cake. We had planned on getting both. We ended up asking if we could get some cake and what cake they had. She said we couldn’t eat it at the table, but we could go check out which ones they had and order some up... read more
