Service was Terrible, Very Unprofessional from the Owner, and Workers on down the line. First we got treated ugly by the waitress when all 5 of us ordered Water to drink. Then when my daughter asked for a white sugar packet, as there was no white "Regular" sugar packets left on our table, the waitress not only acted terrible, but actually said: "Well, you only have water, why do you need sugar". Great food and even better service. Owner was awesome! Great prices and atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and Get off of the parkway and eat here...you'll thank me later.

If you want a great place to take your family (not just kids), try this restaurant. We are new to Sevierville and our friend introduced us to this place and we have been back numerous times. It can be very crowded, but isn't that the sign of a really good place to eat?? If you want a well prepared meal, hot breadstocks w dipping sauce and drink orders as soon as you sit down, all at a very reasonable price, then you'll have it here.
