I booked a condo on Vrbo. I paid the full amount at booking. They called me a few times and left a message about a different resort and I assumed it was spam. I message to ask about access 5 days prior and they cancelled my booking. They don’t allow cancellations 30 days before booking without penalty. They said they cancelled because we did not sign their rental agreement. There was no indication of that or email about that from my booking. The outfit could not be more unprofessional. False advertising, finds a replacement property of lesser value, does not return calls, is inflexible for weather delays, and then harasses you later. So awful you will need a vacation from their vacation. Try someone else.

So we visited Keystone Resort in December for a holiday vacation. Getting here is not too difficult but we did so using suggestions from recommendations from Gondola Resorts. Working with Shannon was a treat. Glad we had the experience of her services otherwise we would have been lost. Check in was simple. The makeshift location at The Keystone convention center made it easy to navigate. All staff interactions were great, friendly, helpful and generally happy folks.
