Great lodging company in ********! I have rented from them multiple times in various locations throughout ******** and have never had a subpar experience. Their staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I am set up for success on my vacations, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every stay!
This is a MAJOR SCAM. Do NOT book with this company. They charged me 10k for a 4 nights that was $1200 for 4 nights on air b&b. They are gouging and extremely dishonest. They dont tell you where you will be staying until the day of travel so you cant figure out you have been gouged until its too late. They are an awful company. Do NOT book with them you will be very sorry.

On 8/31/21 Guest contact GR asking to cancel her reservation. GR communicated to Guest that the reservation was non-refundable. However, GR made an exception and allowed Guest to change her dates and book a future reservation.GR offered her other options as she requested options in ****, Beaver Creek and ****************. ** comunicated to Guest that she must make changes and rebook by 10/14/2021. Its easy to report bad service but I want to make sure the public also knows about people and companies that go above and beyond traditional customer service. ****** helped us plan the most wonderful VAIL trip! She works for Gondola Resorts. She spent several hours working with us since weve never been to the area. If it wasnt for her dedication, it would not have went so well. Thank you to her and this company. Highly recommend to the public.
A local vacation rental business cancelled our reservation on the day of arrival and Gondola Resorts helped us salvage our vacation to Keystone Resort. If it wasn't for them (Sarah) we don't know what we would have done. Support this business. They go out of their way and take care of guests with excellent communication and terrific followup. Sarah even called us after our trip to make sure we got home safely. 5-star all the way. Thank you from my and my family! We will use Gondola Resorts again!!!
Reserved a three bedroom in Keystone Village for $1200/night. Gondola resorts did not honor this reservation, and replaced it with a unit not in walking distance. This unit is listed as $600/night peak season, but Gondola Resorts refused to honor its published price and provide an honest adjustment. The guest booked a reservation and their trip was affected by a spring snowstorm that affected their travel to Colorado. The guests declined travel insurance and they could not make a claim to cover their initial night loss. They were upset because the failed to purchase it. Most of our guests that had travel delays are making a claim on their travel insurance policy and received a full refund.
