Gondola Adventures Irving branch is a first-class gondola experience offering cruises on Lake Carolyn and through the Mandalay Canals. The narrow canals have some private inlets with refreshing waterfall views, and the gondolas are the only vessels (other than the occasional patrol boat) that ply the waters. It was my husband‘s 70th birthday and Pedro, our gondolier gave us the most magical evening. We loved every minute of our time, the view the music and mostly Pedro, who is GREAT! We cannot wait to do it again!
We had such a great time! Pedro was amazing and so talented. We will definitely be visiting again!
My wife booked the boat ride last night at Lake Carolyn and it was a memorable time spent on the lake, celebrating my birthday with a midnight ride. Except for Gondolier’s behavior towards us, which at times felt very rude and arrogant, the ride in itself was very good. Maybe it is because the ride was booked for 11.30 PM and the Gondolier wasn’t up for it. I dont know. Anyways it was a good experience.
It’s a great lake side walking trail. If you complete 1 round walk then it will be enough for the day. I went late so I did not get a chance for boating but other than this I satisfied myself and my wife too.
Seriously one of the best things I've ever done. I did the dessert cruise and it was so nice and tasty. Woody is an absolute delight and I couldn't recommend more
