I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from them. Very professional, fair pricing & short service times. They service parts of King County. Honest appraisal, great communication, and they know their stuff. I can't recommendthem more than I have- best ever. I wouldn't ever call anyone else.
Been out here 3 times and the hot tub is still leaking. Charged every time too. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
Chris is your guy, as a technician who represents his company he was top notch, very professional, deffiantly has the skills and knoleged, he came ready to deliver and he did, he shared some some knowledge with us that will be very useful in the future as new spa owners and im greatefull for that. I have used Gondeau a couple of times and they did a very good job...and they found a way to make the repair which saved me money and hassle. However, while that was admirable, it is the call I just made about doing my own repair that earns this 5 star review. Chris was so very knowledgeable and helpful. It isn't very often that you get a person that greatly cares about helping a customer do what's right even when they do not get to charge anything. I hope this business continues to meet with great success!
