Stay far away. I filled out their form which claimed they would be in touch. I did not get any confirmation email or response. After the time for the requested appointment passed, I followed up by phone and email. They emailed and claimed they would come the next day without specifying a time or asking if that worked with my schedule. They did not show up and have not followed up in any way. Based on this pattern of behavior, I have zero confidence they would have done anything good to my car.

I have not used his service specifically for tires.. yet. However I appreciate his honesty when I asked him if he did shocks. He politely said no but gave me a recommendation on where I can go. When the wife and I do need tires (move in the next 10-15K miles), I'm going to give him a call first. Thanks again.
