The crew argued loudly about how to cut a limb while standing in my driveway. It didn’t inspire confidence—and the resulting work was sloppy.
They said they’d haul everything away. Instead, they left a giant pile of branches by the curb, claiming the city would “probably” take it.
They didn’t secure the area properly, and debris ended up on my neighbor’s property. My neighbor was furious and so was I.
They did remove the stump, but left a huge crater in the lawn without even smoothing the soil. It looks like a meteor landed in my yard.
One of the workers smoked the entire time and tossed cigarette butts near my garden. Very unprofessional behavior.
