Helpful and willing to help. It's not about the sale, it's all about the service to the customer. Good people doing good things.
I set up an appointment to see what was wrong with my dryer. They said they were going to come by never came, called next day, said again there going to come by , never came and never received a call. I’ll never use them again.
I’ve called and requested service and they take my info, but never have received a callback nor the service. I have several people said they no longer call because it’s the same for them 😞
