Out of two months my mom has seen this doctor he hasn’t helped her at all, and her arthritis has gotten worse . Nobody answers the phone ever don’t waste your time especially if you’re driving a long way like we have. The doctor seems helpful, but he really isn’t, he listened to my moms concerns but didn’t really do much to help her.
I have left 3 message to find out about infusions> I have not received a call back from the office. Dr. Gomez is wonderful but his office staff need to return calls. It is frustrating that message go unanswered. Dr. gets 5 stars his staff get none.
Dr. Gomez took great care of my grandmother. He listened, explained things clearly, and treated her with genuine care. We really appreciated it.
Will ignore urgent request.
