Gomez and Gomez took my money and filed my taxes late and without paying the IRS from my bank account like they said they would. Then they didn't take any accountability for their error and left me to pay off late fees. I prepared my taxes with Jesse in April 2024 before the deadline. Recently, I received letters from the IRS and NY State with penalty fees accrued from my taxes being filed late and never paid even though Gomez and Gomez said they would set up automatic withdrawal from my account in April.
