Terrible service no matter what location you go to. Always get pulled up to wait 10-15mins plus, and we don’t even get all of our food. I really hate how there is no other restaurant around us besides this one.
These people who own these McDonald’s suck I made multiple complaints and called the number and never heard from anyone back I’ve waited 15 minutes for food at one point and nobody reached out to me at all
Waited 5 minutes in line on first row at ludlow location then left. Went around again to the 2nd lane because that lane was moving but again waited another 5 minute until I could order. Girl ar window was very rude
Tables and floors dirty. We asked for something to clean the table and we were told to use napkins ourselves. Pretty pathetic. This is the Hadley store on Russell st.
